IT industry is booming. Set to scale more and more heights. There is a feel good factor all around. Particularly among students with, IT industry entry enabling degrees, mood is just like, few minute wait for bus, to their dream career. It is partly true.

But the other side is, IT Industry is ready to accept people with talent. To say more IT industry is ready to accept, only the people with real talent. If it is for Application Development or for Software Engineering the quest for talent boils down to requirement of programming knowledge and skills. Note that it is not just knowledge also the skills, which is nothing but knowledge perfected by practice

For a student or fresher, who want to enter into the field the situation is not so alarming. Atleast not so after the entry of  famed Microsoft Technologies the .NET framework. C# or VB.NET helps you to catch the bus as early as possible from the time you thought about your destination. Just because .NET everything is simple.
