Eligibility
Graduates of any stream with a minimum of 50% marks overall.

Selection Process
Short-listing is based on an all India written test known as SNAP test conducted all over India followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interviews. SCMHRD reserves the right to accept CAT or GMAT scores of 96.5 percentile and above. (CAT scores of November 2005 and GMAT scores from 1st January 2004 are acceptable).

SCMHRD follows the process of ‘Selective Meriting’ for its selection of candidates. ‘Selective Meriting’ implies that SNAP (or CAT / GMAT) scores are just one of the criteria considered for short-listing a candidate. Considerable weightage is given to candidate’s academic qualification and performance, work experience and extra-curricular activities.

Short-listed candidates will have to appear for a first round of Group Discussions. If further short-listed, they go through a Psychometric Test and Personal Interview. Each of the rounds can have independent testing panels.
